Iran Grouped With Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Cambodia, HK at Asian Futsal Meet

Mehr News - Iran was drawn with Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Hong Kong in Group A of the 6th Asian Futsal Championships in Macau Friday. 
The Asian Football Confederation Secretary General Peter Velappan was present in the draw ceremony.

Macau will host the Asian futsal event in mid-April 2004.

The five-times champion, Iran, will play Uzbekistan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, and Indonesia on April 15-19.

Iran will meet the second-placed team of Group B in the next round if it stands top in Group A.

Group B comprises Kuwait, South Korea, Taiwan, and the Maldives. 

Other groups have not been announced yet.
