PLDC - Perspolis official told reporters: "The quality of the IPL has increased and no team can easily pick up points from other teams."

He continued: "This is the beauty of the game and in the case of Perspolis I must also say that all of our players do their best for the team to get results, and having luck along the way is necessarily too, but more importantly we will stay in course 'till the last day of the league and we will not lose our hope."

In regards to the recent pressure from the Media in particular on Begovich, he said: "We have no plans to let Begovich go but in the same time we will study all the factors that might impact us in not getting results and act based on that."

Perspolis official went on by adding: "We are currently working on some long term plans for the team, and since the team has had no real long term planning in the past 20 years, it will not be easy to implement it right away."

In regards to the issue of Aslanian and Asadi, he said: "The situation currently and the fact that these two players do not regularly attending team trainings, requires the management to deal with the issue and we will do just that and solve the problem in the best possible way."

When asked why Mr. Ghamkhar might not attend the game against Esteghlal, Perspolis official said: "Mr. Ghamkhar has responsibilities other than the football team, but the rest of the management and staff are here to work and get the best possible result in this match that just like all the other games has 3 points, which of course this year has made it more important 'cause can play a role in the final standing of the league."

About Perspolis's poor past results he said: "There is no team in this league that is superior to all the other teams and all the teams are very close to each other, and this will help the teams with some planning grow to become professional clubs."
