PLDC - Ali Parvin, head coach of Persepolis did not comment after the match in
the 6th week of the Iranian Professional League, on Friday, 7th December, in which Persepolis and Esteghlal Ahwaz drew with the result of 0-0.
After the match Amir Ghalenoie, head coach of Esteghlal Ahwaz, said that in the first 20 minutes of the match his boys were shocked by the
atmosphere in the stadium which was due to their inexperience but they
preformed well after this shock wore off.
Ghalenoie was happy with the team and though he has only worked with them for a short time he has seen special potential. This he commented
prevented Persepolis from getting close to the Esteghlal Ahwaz goal mouth in the second half. He added that the opponents were slow and
inactive in this match and did not play well. To be successful in the Asian
Cup, Persepolis must become strong and without weak points.
