PFDC - The Iranian international Rahman
Rezaei who plays for the Italian Perugia in Serie-A, was once again named
amongst the best foreign eleven players in Italy by soccerage website.
This is not the first time that Rezaei gets elected in the best 11 team
but this time he has gone further to share the team with well known
players such as Brazilian stars Cafù and Ronaldo.
PFDC would like to congratulate Rahman Rezaei for his achievements in
Italy and wish for his further success.
04/15/2002. FOREIGN (3-4-3)
Sebastien
Frey (Parma) – The young French keeper was great yesterday at the
Olimpico: Roma scored three goals and could have doubled that number…
---------------
Lilian
Thuram (Juventus) – Everybody knows that he doesn't like to play on
the right, but against Milan the French defender looked very effective.
Rehman Rezaei (Perugia) – Umpteenth very good outing for the
Iranian defender, although his opponent was a dangerous striker like
Maniero.
Walter Samuel
(Roma) – His defensive effectiveness is not a secret, and the same
applies to his offensive insertions: against Parma, the Argentinean Rock
scored his 5th goal of the season
---------------
Marcos Cafù (Roma) – The Brazilian international overwhelmed his fellow
countryman Junior, dominating the right wing.
Lucas Castroman
(Lazio) – The young Argentinean winger is on a roll and keeps on playing
very well. His winning goal against Fiorentina could be fundamental for
Lazio's season.
Josep
Guardiola (Brescia) – The veteran Spanish playmaker was simply
superb against Inter, confirming that he definitely deserves to play in a
top team.
Vincent
Candela (Roma) –Parma wasn't an irresistible opponent, but the
French wing-back did everything he wanted yesterday, like his colleague
Cafù.
---------------
Adrian
Mutu (Verona) – When he's in the right mood, like yesterday against
Udinese, the young Romanian forward is simply unstoppable.
Ronaldo
(Inter) – His "normal" outing became an unforgettable one in
the last ten minutes of the match against Brescia, when he gave Inter the
win with a superb double.
Javier
Chevanton (Lecce) – Most likely Lecce will be relegated, but the
Uruguayan striker did everything he could in order to avoid it, included
yesterday's double against Chievo.
