TEHRAN - Former national goalkeeper and skipper, Ahmadreza Abedzadeh, was released from Kasra Hospital where he underwent a brain surgery March 3, said his doctor Massoud Norouzi. Abedzadeh, who captained Iran in France World Cup finals in 1998 has been suffering from a brain hemorrhage. His medical team is to have a press conference on 10 a.m. today in Kasra Hospital.
