PLDC - After a court hearing
yesterday, khabar Varzehi’s management is convicted in the court designed
to overlook the press. The below text is sent to IPNA after the court
hearing:
1-The panel of judges, with the majority of the votes, have recognized Mr.
Dadkan’s complaint and convicted Khabar Varzeshi of writing misleading and
insulting statements. The court will look into the case and into its
specific language use in the article published by Khabar Varzeshi in the
next hearing.
2-The panel of the judges have, with the majority of the votes, recognized
Mr. Mayelikohan’s complaint and have convicted Khabar Varzehi of making
falls accusation.
3-The panel of judges have also convicted the chief editor if Khabar
Varzehi, after Mr. Razbik Harabie's complaint.
4-The court has postponed the hearing in regards to Mr. Sadeghi’s complain
to a later date.
Also, Mr. Derakhshan and Mr. Ali Mirzae have abandoned their complaints.
